Pentastar Aviation Charter Successfully Renews ARGUS Platinum Rating

Follows Extensive Audit Of Safety Practices

Following an in-depth audit conducted by ARGUS International Incorporated (ARGUS) in April, Pentastar Aviation Charter, Inc. (Pentastar) successfully renewed their ARGUS Platinum Rating. Pentastar’s operations have been Platinum rated since 2006.

“I would like to congratulate Pentastar on the successful renewal of their ARGUS Platinum Rating,” said Joe Moeggenberg, President and CEO of ARGUS International, Inc.  “The ARGUS Platinum Audit is a thorough examination of an operator’s policies and procedures compared to a constantly evolving set of industry best practices.  It was apparent to our auditing team that Pentastar focused heavily on refining and optimizing their entire operation, and we are thrilled they remain one of our elite Platinum Rated Charter Operators.”

The prestigious Platinum Rating is ARGUS’ highest safety rating and is awarded only to those air charter operators who have demonstrated successful implementation of industry best safety practices relative to their operations and maintenance. Pentastar’s achievement of maintaining the ARGUS Platinum Rating reflects a corporate culture of adherence to the highest safety standards.

“The safety of our employees and customers drives every aspect of our operations,” said Danny Clifton, Vice President of Flight Operations, Pentastar. “Maintaining compliance with the ARGUS Platinum standard helps ensure quality and consistency in our daily operations and allows us to continuously enhance safety standards.”

Many elements of the ARGUS safety standards exceed Federal regulatory requirements, further enhancing the breadth of Pentastar’s internal quality and safety standards in relation to commercial aircraft operations. “We strive to operate above and beyond FAA and international regulatory standards,” said Greg Schmidt, President & CEO, Pentastar Aviation. “Our operations revolve around a steadfast commitment to safety and the renewal of our ARGUS Platinum rating reflects that commitment.”

In addition to the ARGUS Platinum rating, Pentastar Aviation Charter Inc., holds an IS-BAO Stage 2 Registration and Wyvern Wingman designation.
