PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(3) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 340007N/1172123W OR THE PARADISE /PDZ/ VORTAC 045 DEGREE RADIAL AT 10 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL. RIVERSIDE POLICE DEPT., TELEPHONE 951-232-4971, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. THE SYSTEM OPERATION SUPPORT CENTER (SOSC) TELEPHONE 202-267-3333, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
