ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ANCHORAGE ARTCC (ZAN) ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE FROM 605440N/1490830W TO 605640N/1490520W TO 605240N/1485640W TO 605130N/1490040W THENCE FOLLOWING THE SEWARD HIGHWAY IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
