ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 345212N/1070549W OR THE ALBUQUERQUE /ABQ/ VORTAC 220 DEGREE RADIAL AT 17.3 NAUTICAL MILES. EL PASO NATURAL GAS CO., TELEPHONE 505-722-3614, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. ALBUQUERQUE /ABQ/ AFSS, TELEPHONE 505 222-3020 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
