AIRCRAFT MUST BE SQUAWKING THE DISCRETE CODE AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE TFR.

ALL AIRCRAFT ENTERING OR EXITING THE TFR MUST REMAIN IN TWO-WAY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS BEALE AFB, CA, RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WITH ATC.
