UAL Looks For Just The Right Gershwin Tune...
Editor's Note: On February 15, 1978, the
Klyde Morris cartoon appeared for the very first time, in
Embry-Riddle's "The Avion" newspaper. Over the past 30 years (a
lifespan roughly 60 times that of the longest-lived,
non-aviation ant, BTW) Klyde has continued to have an impact on
the aviation world far greater than his Lilliputian stature. Happy
Birthday, Klyde, and here's to the next 30 years!
