Will Employ Advanced Technology Training Systems That Include A FlightSafety FS1000 Simulator

FlightSafety International will provide training for the new Embraer Praetor 600 at its Learning Centers in Dallas and St. Louis.

“FlightSafety is pleased to expand the support we provide to Embraer aircraft owners and operators with training for the new Praetor 600 aircraft,” said Steve Gross, Senior Vice President, Commercial. “FlightSafety and Embraer share a common commitment to enhance aviation safety and to provide our mutual Customers with the highest quality training programs and services.”
The initial, recurrent, and other specialized courses will be provided by FlightSafety’s dedicated team of highly experienced instructors using advanced technology training systems that include a FlightSafety FS1000 simulator.

The advanced technology systems incorporated into the simulator will include electric motion and electric control loading, a new multi-function Instructor Operating Station, and FlightSafety’s VITAL 1100 Visual System. The Instructor Operating Station is designed to enhance the effectiveness of training by providing an intuitive interface, scalable graphics, and large multi touch displays. The visual system features continuous high-resolution global satellite imagery capable of distinguishing environmental conditions experienced during all phases of flight, from taxi and takeoff to landing.
