HFI Seeks Heritage Aircraft

Planning Display For Next Year's HELI-EXPO In Las Vegas

Helicopter Foundation International is looking for heritage aircraft to display at HELI-EXPO 2013 in Las Vegas, NV, to help highlight the importance of early rotorcraft to the industry. Heritage aircraft are defined as those rotorcraft that were able to sustain vertical flight and that are no longer in production.

Those wishing to bring such an aircraft to HELI-EXPO are eligible to receive free static space in the Las Vegas Convention Center and four complimentary passes to the show. Owners of helicopters, autogyros, experimental aircraft, or any type of rotary aircraft that meets the criteria should contact HFI to learn more about the program.

HAI reserves the right to determine whether an aircraft qualifies, and reserves the right to select which aircraft will be selected for display if the number of applicants exceeds available space.

HFI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich history and heritage of the helicopter and the industry's service to mankind. Through its scholarship and mentoring programs, HFI helps to educate future generations of helicopter professionals.

HAI bills HELI-EXPO as the world’s largest helicopter exposition and trade show.
