navAero has introduced
the tBagC2² - the next generation of affordable,
high-performance Electronic Flight Bag systems.
The tBagC2² is the next generation of navAero's Class II
EFB systems. Building on the success, market acceptance and
certification received for navAero's tBag EFB system, the new
tBagC2² brings new power and performance never before
seen in a Class II EFB.
Starting with a 1.6GHz Intel® Pentium M processor, the
tBagC2² offers among the fastest processing speed of available
Class II EFB. And with more data input connection options than any
other competitive system, NavAero claims that the tBagC2² is
fully capable of being integrated into virtually all flight deck
needs.
As an FAA Certified Class II EFB system, the system
offers a complete cost-efficient solution that can be used
during all phases of flight by every aviation
segment…general, corporate, commercial and military.
In accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 120-76A, the
tBagC2² is being certified as a Class II EFB. The initial STC
is being granted on a B-737NG. Additional STCs for transport, biz
jet, turboprop and piston aircrafts are currently being executed.
As a Class 2 EFB for Part 121, dual installations of the
tBagC2² may be the most cost efficient way to make the move to
a totally paperless cockpit.
The navAero
tBagC2² EFB system will run virtually all the leading aviation
software:
- Charting such as Jeppesen® JeppView
- Real-time weather
- Electronic manuals and documents
- Performance/flight planning software
- Terrain-avoidance
- Moving maps
- Scheduling programs
- And more
