PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 442030N/1192430W OR THE KIMBERLY /IMB/ VORTAC 125 DEGREE RADIAL AT 22.5 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 9000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. MALHEUR NF TELEPHONE 541-575-1321 OR FREQ 132.475/DRY CABIN FIRE IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MMV MC MINNVILLE /MMV/ AFSS TELEPHONE 503-474-1897 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
