It's ANOTHER Aero-Caption Contest: KLYDE-Style!
We have very
few few rules back at the ANN ranch (not that any of us
follows the rules)... but one of the most important (and
cost-effective) is to make sure that we're not drinking anything
when we check out the latest Klyde Morris cartoons. At least one
keyboard has gotten totaled by the resultant "splooosh" that
occurred as the laughs took control of the situation. That keyboard
was a goner... and we can only thank God we didn't take out a
monitor in the process.
This week, though, in the most recent Klyde and another coming
up Monday, we think KlydeMaster cartooner Wes Oleszewski has
out-done himself with his versions of the tags that TSA
might/should be leaving for those travellers whose bags have been
inspected by the folks who get to paw through our goodies on a
daily basis. We've been laughing our (deleted)'s off for hours with
this latest batch and I honestly thought that Pete was gonna need
hospitalization (or, at least, OXYGEN), he was laughing SO
hard.
But then we got this GREAT idea... it's been a while since we
had a contest... and so we think it's time that we let ANN readers,
worldwide, try to "Out-Klyde" the Klydemaster himself. The rules
are simple... check out the cartoon below, and send in YOUR best
try at a suitable substitute TSA inspection tag. Have fun, be
weird, but try to keep it clean... well, kinda clean. We'll do the
rest.
We'll tabulate the best of them and hope that we can select four
REALLY good submissions --- so good that we're going to try and
con/convince Wes to use them in a pre-Christmas Klyde. No
guarantees... because Wes works to VERY high standards, but we have
a feeling (after seeing other contest submissions), that ANN
readers are some of the funniest and most WARPED people we
know.
So... take your best shot! Click the link below to submit YOUR
best TSA Inspection tag--- KLYDE-STYLE!!!!
