FLIGHT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 390610N/0770923W OR THE WASHINGTON /DCA/ VOR 348 DEGREE RADIAL AT 15.6 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 1000 FEET MSL . COLUMBIA NATURAL GAS, JOHN JACKSON, 301-573-2260, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. WASHINGTON/DCA/ ATCT, TELEPHONE 703-413-1541, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
