CHC Group Appoints New Executive Lead For Global Operations And Supply Chain

Miguel Carrasco Promoted to Senior Leadership Team

CHC Group, a provider of helicopter and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, has promoted Miguel Carrasco to the role of Senior vice president, Operations and Supply Chain. Carrasco (pictured) will oversee maintenance, supply chain, flight operations and other key operational functions across the company and advance the strategy behind CHC’s industry-leading global processes and standards.

“Miguel is a strong addition to our leadership and has already played a major role in how we have improved our ability to serve our customers in a number of areas,” said Dave Balevic, CHC’s president and CEO. “His focus on improving our organization has been invaluable as he led our efforts to streamline and reimagine our approach to maintenance, procurement and supply chain while collaborating with our teams and suppliers. I am confident he will play a major role in propelling our business towards profitability and sustainability.”

Carrasco joined CHC in 2016 as vice president, Maintenance and Supply Chain and brought 25 years of leadership experience in procurement, supply chain and technical operations. Before joining CHC, he worked for a range of complex and industry leading companies, including Head of Global Strategic Sourcing and Business Intelligence at Conoco Phillips and Managing Director of Technical Procurement at American Airlines. Carrasco has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Supply Chain from Arizona State University.
