NEW dates for the 2021 DeLand Sport Aviation Showcase have been confirmed by DSAS Boss, Jana Filip, after several days of consultation with her key volunteers, suppliers, and experts in various topic areas. "We wanted, upon receiving word of the postponement of the November show, to look at late January for a new show date, but had to be sure that we were reasonably free of conflicts, would still field the necessary resources, and have a weather prognosis to support the event. Deal Totals $400 Million in Cash

Gogo has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Commercial Aviation business to Intelsat S.A. for $400 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments. The Gogo Board of Directors has approved the transaction. Intelsat expects to finance the transaction utilizing cash on hand and borrowings under its $1 billion debtor-in-possession credit facility and has obtained support from key economic stakeholders, as well as approval from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division, to complete the acquisition. The transaction, which is expected to close before the end of the first quarter 2021, remains subject to customary closing conditions and certain regulatory approvals.

While Boeing still has some final actions to close off, EASA judges the overall maturity of the re-design process is now sufficient to proceed to flight tests. During The Takeoff, The Airplane Departed Controlled Flight

On August 20, 2020, about 1543 central daylight time, a Beech 200 airplane, N198DM, was destroyed when it was involved in an accident near Rockford, Illinois. The private pilot was fatally injured. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 91 positioning flight. The purpose of the flight was to relocation the airplane to the pilot's home base near Wayne, Illinois.
