ANA, Boeing Set Date for First 787 Dreamliner Delivery

Launch Customer Will Accept The New Airliner September 25

Boeing and ANA are planning a party for September 26th to celebrate the delivery of the first 787 Dreamliner ... after contractual delivery occurs the day before. "The airplane is ready. ANA is ready. And, Boeing is ready," said Jim Albaugh, president and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes. "This airplane begins a new chapter in aviation history."

The FAA is looking for the pilot of a small plane which went down August 18th shortly after takeoff from an airport in Monmouth, Maine.
