The aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy (CV-67), which was the
last non-nuclear aircraft carrier to see active duty in the U.S.
Navy, was decommissioned on August 1st, 2007 after nearly 40 years
of service. She has become eligible for donation as a museum and
memorial to a qualified entity.
Air Force Says Company Missed Deadline By Five Minutes
A report from the GAO indicates that it does not have sufficient
evidence to rule that the U.S. Air Force intentionally delayed a
messenger delivering a tanker bid from U.S. Aerospace, but it was
still undecided as to whether that bid was submitted on time.
