Cessna announced Monday it received an order last week for 12
Skylanes from the Civil Air Patrol (CAP), Cessna's largest fleet
operator. The Skylanes will be delivered before the end of the
year.

Sikorsky and Lockheed Martin announced the signing of a teaming
agreement Monday to compete jointly for the U.S. Navy's revived VXX
Presidential Helicopter program.

At ceremonies Monday in Abilene Texas, Air Force Chief of Staff
Gen. Norton A. Schwartz delivered the first of 28 Lockheed Martin
C-130J Super Hercules airlifters to the 317th Airlift Group at
Dyess Air Force Base. Schwartz flew the C-130J to Dyess from Little
Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas.
