Frasca International recently delivered 5 Flight Training
Devices (FTDs) to the Kirkuk Air Base in Iraq for use by the US Air
Force in training the Iraqi Air Force. These five units are part of
a total order of nine FTDs that was placed in August 2007.

A US Army investigation into the downing of a UH-60 Black Hawk
helicopter in Italy last November has determined a mechanical
problem, and not pilot error, led to the crash.

than 4,000 old aircraft hulls sitting in the US military's boneyard
at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, AZ... we now know.
They'll start going on the auction block next week, but don't
expect to take home anything resembling an aircraft.
