Rutan's Oshkosh Presentation Observes "CO2 Is Not A
Pollutant"
Aviation pioneer and long-time flight test engineer Burt Rutan
has begun making a public case against Anthropological Global
Warming, or AGW, saying the data does not support a case for global
warming, or climate change of any kind, caused by human
activity.
The FAA Wednesday met with city leaders of Plainville,
Connecticut and signed an agreement to grant the town $7.4 million
to purchase the state's oldest continuously-operating airport from
a private owner.

There is a temptation to get a mite maudlin about this...
especially since it involves a good friend we've had the pleasure
to work with over the course of a number of decades, but as we
understand it, Alan Klapmeier cleared out his office at Cirrus
Aircraft today, Thursday... which had to be an emotionally
wrenching thing to do.
President Obama will be vacationing on Martha's Vineyard next
week, which means a TFR has been issued for the duration of the
visit. The TFR is in effect from August 23rd beginning at 1030 to
August 30th at 1700.
