Aurel Lehman took delivery of his DA40XL at Diamond's London,
Ontario facility last summer. Currently, he is back in London for
some scheduled maintenance and upgrade of his G1000 with GARMIN's
new SVT (Synthetic Vision Technology).
Cirrus Design is now offering simulator training for their new
Perspective avionics installation on SR22s. Frasca International
has upgraded their existing Frasca Cirrus Flight Training Device
(FTD) with new Perspective avionics from Garmin. The device was
installed this month and is up and running at the Cirrus
facility.
The General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) has
established an Environment Committee to represent the general
aviation (GA) manufacturing industry's environmental policy and
coordinate with other aerospace industry stakeholders and
government entities.
