Garmin and Tecnam Aircraft announced Friday at AERO
Friedrichshafen 2009 the availability of Garmin G950 and G600 as
optional avionics for the twin-engine P2006T, and single-engine
P2002 JF & P2002 JR, respectively.
Full Range Of Former Columbia Planes Now Covered By STC
CAV Aerospace, Inc. has received an amended STC from the FAA to
retrofit its TKS ice protection system on Corvalis 300 and 350
model aircraft. To obtain the amended STC, CAV Aerospace installed
the proprietary TKS system on an early model 350 and flight-tested
the prototype aircraft to confirm aerodynamic integrity.
