The Taichung District Court of Taiwan has provided a written
decision which finds Taiwan Fylin Industrial Company Ltd. (TFI)
guilty of intellectual property infringement involving the
copyrighted works belonging to aviation cargo equipment companies
AmSafe and Nordisk Aviation Products A.S.
