airspace while awaiting further clearance from air traffic control.
Also used during ground operations to keep aircraft within a
specified area or at a specified point while awaiting further
clearance from air traffic control.

Helicopter Competition
The site has not yet been updated to reflect today's
announcement of the $250,000 prize, but it is a good starting
place to learn about competition to build a human powered
