After some questionable delays, ANN finally got a look at the annual IRS 990 report that non-profit organizations like AOPA have to file every year. Despite the fact that AOPA claims that salaries are declining at what they unabashedly call the most powerful voice for general aviation, the ratio of top salaries to the amounts taken in by the association are kinda worrisome.
