It may not even be Halloween yet... but it's never too early to
start thinking of holiday shopping (as the displays in our local
Walgreens' tell us.) Fortunately, Sporty's Pilot Shop has an
ornament guaranteed to be a favorite for the aero-minded person on
your gift list.
A type of warning system that warns the flight crew that an engine
nacelle or wheel well is to hot for normal operation, but there is
no localized high temperature that indicates the presence of
fire.
"Although it's bigger and heavier, the A380 does not
pose any special problem that the pilot has to cope with... the
extended training on the ground with the airplane should suffice.
