The thorny question of whether, how and why commercial airlines
ought to be protected from man-portable air defense missiles has
been all over the news lately.
The US Border Patrol has come to rely on a little unmanned plane
called the RQ-5 Hunter, but it has now had to park it because
of contract renewal issues.

not to be the realm of the select few. The dream, and the future,
belong to us all, of every race and every nation. It is in a child
in school today who understands the positive vision of the future
