Brazil's Embraer announced Tuesday at EBACE 2008 the commercial
names of the newest additions to its executive jets portfolio. The
Embraer midlight and Embraer midsize jets have been named the
Legacy 450 and the Legacy 500, respectively, forming the Legacy
family, along side the ERJ-based Legacy 600 already in

for an additional five. The total value of the contract with
options is in excess of $330 million.

Eclipse Aviation announced Monday at the 8th Annual European
Business Aviation Conference and Exposition (EBACE) it has received
permission from the US Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry
and Security (BIS), to export the Eclipse 500 Jet and its
components to Russia.
