A NetJets Cessna Citation V rolled off the end of the runway at
New York's Westchester County Airport Thursday night. There were
conflicting reports on the number of passengers aboard the
corporate aircraft. Local media reports said there were four
passengers and two crew members on board -- the FAA accident report
said there were only two passengers. In either case, authorities on
the ground said no one was hurt.

nation that's a member of the Asian Development Bank. The ADB has
provided a loan to permit Afghanistan to start rehabilitating its
regional airports, which have been devastated by 25 years of civil
war and are in very poor shape to serve the booming Afghan
economy.
Becomes Stevens Aviation President and Chief Operating
Officer
Stevens Aviation announced Thursday the appointment of Glenn J.
Brown as President and Chief Operating Officer. Brown joins Stevens
from Rolls-Royce Engines where he was Vice President of Aftermarket
and Customer Service, Corporate and Regional Aircraft. Brown led
significant improvements in Rolls-Royce's aftermarket sales and
profits and won recognition for major enhancements of the company's
field service and support organizations and improvements in
customer satisfaction.
