AgustaWestland announced that Mitsui Bussan Aerospace of Japan
has signed a contract, valued at approximately $100 million, for 12
AW139 helicopters -- as well as an exclusive distributor agreement
for the AW139 in Japan.

that aircraft has eight or more seats, or if it's a helicopter with
five or more seats and with engines rated at 550 horsepower or
more.
Upstart avionics design and development company Aspen Avionics

bankruptcy, that airline's fractional operator -- Delta AirElite
Business Jets -- continues to expand its fleet. Delta AirElite
recently announced the addition of two more aircraft to its fleet
-- a Citation X and a Learjet 31A.
