Despite Concerns Raised by FAA, Congress, Industry, Tax Rules
Remain in Effect
Business aviation groups Thursday applauded the FAA for sending
a letter to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) seeking suspension
of tax rules that are confusing for the business aviation industry
to implement and have the potential to decrease funding for
important aviation infrastructure projects.
Catering Outfit Says It's Exceeded All Expectations This
Year
Catering consortium Aviation Services Network (ASN) says it has
exceeded all expectations in the year since its founding, and
recently added the milestone 300th airport FBO to its nationwide
network. ASN aims to establish bring common standards for quality,
technology, customer service and financial management to the
business of in-flight catering, and counts more than 60 caterers as
part of its network.
