Carrier's New President Is Colonel Steven B. Harrison

National Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Air
Cargo (NAC), has appointed Colonel Steven B. Harrison (USAF, Ret)
as President, effective immediately. As President, Harrison will
hold senior executive responsibility for all functions and facets
of airline operations.
In remarks during the ICAO Triennial Assembly currently underway
in Montreal, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano urged representatives
from nearly 190 ICAO countries to approve an unprecedented joint
Declaration on Aviation Security.
ICAO, the United States DOT, the EU and the International Air
Transport Association have formally agreed to create a Global
Safety Information Exchange (GSIE) to help reduce the risk of
accidents and improve the overall level of aviation safety
worldwide.
