4-Year-Old Son Was Required To Remove Leg Braces To Clear
Nearly a year after the fact, TSA has issued an apology to a
Pennsylvania family who say their physically-challenged son was
required to remove his leg braces before clearing security on a
trip to Florida last March.
Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and the FAA entered into a
Memorandum of Agreement Tuesday for the installation of a Runway
Safety Status Lights (RWSL) system at Los Angeles International
Airport (LAX). This agreement augments a prototype system that was
installed June 2009.

program in five airports in which they roll an explosives detection

final airplane in a fleet of specially modified 747-400s –
