Manned Flights From The New Launch Complex Could Come In

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin says the new Cosmodrome
under construction in the far eastern Amur region of Russia could
be launching humans into space as early as 2018.
NASA is challenging high school teams to design software to
program small satellites aboard the International Space Station.
The competition centers on the Synchronized Position Hold, Engage,
Reorient, Experimental Satellites, or SPHERES.
