PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 383118N/0873709W OR THE LAWRENCEVILLE /LWV/ VOR/DME 184 DEGREE RADIAL AT 14.8 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION. SGT. ANDREW CLARK, INDIANA STATE POLICE, TELEPHONE 812-454-4487, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. INDIANAPOLIS /ZID/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 317-247-2242,IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
