FDC 4/3665 ZDC PART 1 OF 2 FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS BALTIMORE, MARYLAND, APRIL 27, 2004. PURSUANT TO TITLE 14, SECTION 91.141 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS AIRCRAFT FLIGHT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED: WITHIN 10 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS UP TO BUT NOT INCLUDING FL180 OF 391623N/0763620W OR THE BAL034006.6 FROM 0404271700 (1300 LOCAL 04/27/04) UNTIL 0404271945 (1545 LOCAL 04/27/04). A. ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS WITHIN THE 10 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS AREA LISTED ABOVE ARE PROHIBITED EXCEPT FOR: 1. LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MILITARY AIRCRAFT, DIRECTLY SUPPORTING THE UNITED STATES SECRET SERVICE (USSS) AND THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES (POTUS), EMERGENCY MEDICAL FLIGHTS, AND REGULARLY SCHEDULED COMMERCIAL PASSENGER AND CARGO AIRCRAFT THAT MEET OR EXCEED THE TSAS DOMESTIC SECURITY INSPECTION PROGRAM STANDARDS AND ARE ARRIVING INTO AND/OR DEPARTING FROM 14 CFR PART 139 AIRPORTS. 2. FOR OPERATIONS WITHIN THE TFR ALL MEDICAL FLIGHT OPERATION COMPANIES SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE ZDC END PART 1 OF 2

FDC 4/3665 ZDC PART 2 OF 2 FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS BALTIMORE, MARYLAND, WATCH SUPERVISOR AT 703-771-3470 PRIOR TO THIS NOTAM GOING INTO EFFECT TO AVOID POTENTIAL DELAYS. B. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATORS CHECK NOTAMS FREQUENTLY FOR POSSIBLE REQUIRED CHANGES TO THIS TFR PRIOR TO OPERATIONS WITHIN THIS REGION. C. ALL WASHINGTON ADIZ PROCEDURES REMAIN IN EFFECT. NOTE: ALL U.S. SECRET SERVICE CLEARED AIRCRAFT OPERATORS BASED IN THE AREA SHOULD NOTIFY THE U.S. SECRET SERVICE PRIOR TO THEIR DEPARTURE.
