PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONSARE IN EFFECT FOR GASOLINE SPILL ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF AVL ARPT AUTHORITY ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 7500 FEET MSL WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 352900N/0823300W OR THE SUGARLOAF MOUNTAIN /SUG/ VORTAC 290 DEGREE RADIAL AT 14.5 NAUTICAL MILES AVL ARPT AUTHORITY TELEPHONE 828-684-4577 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. ATLANTA ARTCC /ZTL/, PHONE 770-210-7622, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
