called Garmin's Electronic Stability and Protection (Garmin ESP)

Sikorsky Innovations announced Monday from the Farnborough
International Air Show that it has developed an all-electric
helicopter technology demonstrator. The Firefly Technology
Demonstration Aircraft will be unveiled on July 26 at the
EAA AirVenture exhibition in Oshkosh.

Embraer forecasts that the size of the world fleet of 30- to
120-seat jets will increase from 4,285 aircraft in 2009 to 7,780 in

Company Makes Airplane Pod Which Carries, Among Other
Things, A Street-Legal Motorcycle
MotoPOD LLC has been awarded a grant, from The Wolf Aviation
Fund, for their work to advance personal air transportation. The
company has developed a patent-pending belly pod that allows pilots
to carry a street-legal motorcycle beneath their airplane.
