A 48-year old Florida lawyer was killed Friday when his Comp Air
7SXL stalled just after lifting into the air on take-off and
impacted the ground. Witnesses said he gained virtually no altitude
On Capitol Hill Thursday, the US House blocked efforts by the
FAA to outsource Flight Service Stations around the country, a move
that would have closed a number of them and threatened the pensions
of more than 1,000 specialists.
Dr. George H. Ebbs Jr., president of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical
University, will receive the 2005 Gen. Lewis H. Brereton Award from
the Florida state organization of the Air Force Association on July
23 at the group's convention in Cocoa Beach.
In a ceremony at Marignane, Eurocopter officially handed over
the keys of two Panther helicopters to Commander General and Staff
College Graduate (CG. DEM) Admiral Armando S�nchez Moreno,
who is Under Secretary of the Mexican Navy. The helicopters will be
operated by the Navy of the United Mexican States.

(P&WC) have come up with a new program designed to control
costs for Citation owners. It's called PowerAdvantage Plus
(PA+) -- a new guaranteed engine maintenance cost
