Also: Pipistrel Brings An Air Force, A Blackhawk Pilot Visits Sun ‘n Fun, SnF 21 Second Day Montage

It wouldn't be an aviation event without ANN’s Jim Campbell taking to the skies, so he took off on a  Piper 100i in the midst of Sun ‘n Fun arrival traffic.

The latest generation of GA Piper trainer has an all-glass panel and three seats... There are few more iconic GA companies than the Hartzell family... and Hartzell Engine Technologies. We got the chance to have a one on one with both presidents... AeroSport Wants To Take Over The LSA World, first becoming a powerhouse in the midwest and now expanding in DeLand Florida.. handling sales, maintenance, flight training, and much more... Pipistrel brought their own little Air Force... with an Alpha Trainer, a Sinus and a Taurus Electro, on the main display (and others scattered all over Lakeland Linder Airport), the company showed off some exciting sport motor-gliders, as well as a solid GA Trainer. ANN’s Maria Morrison spent some time with one of the many military pilots attending Sun ‘n Fun, in this case, the Pilot of an Army Reserve Blackhawk, so that they could fill the public in on their critical roles in maintaining US security. And, the ANN/Sun ‘n Fun Digital Daily crew again brings you some of the video highlights of SnF21. All this -- and MORE in today's episode of Airborne!!!
