FLIGHT RESTRICTION, INGRESS/EGRESS PROCEDURES FOR MORRISTOWN AIRPORT (MMU), NEW JERSEY. EFFECTIVE FROM 0509131730 UTC (1330 LOCAL ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2005) UNTIL 0509142300 UTC (1900 LOCAL ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2005). PURSUANT TO TITLE 14 SECTION 91.141 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATION (CFR), THIS NOTICE AMENDS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR FLIGHT WITHIN THE NEW YORK (NY) CLASS BRAVO (B) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTION (TFR), AS DESCRIBED IN FDC NOTAMS 5/8033 , FOR AIRCRAFT INGRESS/EGRESS OPERATIONS AT MMU ONLY. FOR PURPOSES OF THIS NOTAM ONLY, THE MMU INGRESS/EGRESS PROCEDURES AREA IS DEFINED AS FOLLOWS: THAT AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW THE CEILING OF THE MMU CLASS DELTA (D) AIRSPACE (AT AND BELOW 2700 FEET MSL) AS DEPICTED ON THE VFR TERMINAL AREA CHART, NEW YORK. ADDITIONALLY, THE MMU INGRESS/EGRESS PROCEDURES AREA EXTENDS TO THE NORTHWEST OF MMU AND IS DEFINED AS FOLLOWS: THAT AIRSPACE BELOW THE FLOOR OF THE NY CLASS B AIRSPACE (BELOW 3000 FEET MSL) BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY A LINE 2 NM NORTH OF HIGHWAY ROUTE 10 AND BOUNDED ON THE SOUTH BY A LINE 4 NM SOUTH OF HIGHWAY ROUTE 10. THE MMU INGRESS/EGRESS PROCEDURES AREA ABUTS THE MMU CLASS D AIRSPACE TO THE EAST AND CONTINUES WEST TO THE NY CLASS B 20 NM ARC. THE MMU INGRESS/EGRESS PROCEDURES AREA IS FURTHER DEFINED BY THE FOLLOWING COORDINATES: BEGINNING AT: 405148N/0742325W, TO 405430N/0743010W, TO END PART 1 OF 3

FDC 5/8069 ZNY PART 2 OF 3 FLIGHT RESTRICTION, 404900N/0743445W, TO 404730N/0743010W. 1. PILOTS ARRIVING/DEPARTING WITHIN THE MMU INGRESS/EGRESS PROCEDURES AREA MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES: A. OPERATIONS ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO AIRCRAFT ARRIVING TO OR DEPARTING FROM MMU AND ONLY APPLY DURING TIME FRAMES WHEN THE MMU AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER IS OPEN, FROM 1100 UTC UNTIL 0230 UTC (0700 LOCAL-2230 LOCAL). DURING THE TIME FRAMES WHEN THE MMU AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER IS CLOSED, FROM 0231 UTC UNTIL 1059 UTC (2231 LOCAL-0659 LOCAL). B. TRANSIT OPERATIONS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. AIRCRAFT MAY NOT LOITER. C. PILOTS ARRIVING/DEPARTING MMU SHALL RECEIVE AND CONTINUOUSLY TRANSMIT AN ATC ASSIGNED BEACON CODE PRIOR TO ENTERING THE MMU INGRESS/EGRESS PROCEDURES AREA. D. AIRCRAFT ARRIVING/DEPARTING MMU SHALL ENTER AND EXIT THE MMU INGRESS/EGRESS PROCEDURES AREA, TO/FROM THE NORTHWEST VIA THE CLASS B 20 NM ARC (BETWEEN COORDINATES 404900N/0743445W TO 405430N/0743010W). PILOTS UNABLE TO COMPLY WITH THIS ROUTING MUST COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF FDC NOTAMS 5/8033, INCLUDING THE REQUIREMENT TO FILE A VFR/IFR FLIGHT PLAN. END PART 2 OF 3

PILOTS ARRIVING/DEPARTING WITHIN THE MMU INGRESS/EGRESS PROCEDURES AREA MUST ESTABLISH TWO-WAY COMMUNICATIONS WITH MMU AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER ON FREQUENCY 118.1 OR 353.9, AND REMAIN IN TWO-WAY RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WITH MMU AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER AT ALL TIMES. F. FLIGHT TRAINING, PRACTICE INSTRUMENT APPROACHES, AEROBATIC FLIGHT, GLIDER OPERATIONS, PARACHUTE OPERATIONS, ULTRALIGHT, HANG GLIDING, BALLOON OPERATIONS, AGICULTURAL/CROP DUSTING, ANIMAL POPULATION CONTROL FLIGHT OPERATIONS, PART 101 OPERATIONS, MODEL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS, MODEL ROCKETRY, REMOTELY OPERATED AIRCRAFT, UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES AND BANNER TOWING OPERATIONS AND ANY OTHER OPERATION THAT IS NOT AN ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE TO/FROM MMU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. 2. PILOTS ARE ADVISED THAT ANY DEVIATION FROM THE ABOVE PROCEDURES WILL TRIGGER A RESPONSE BY THE MILITARY. END PART 3 OF 3
