ANN Wishes Our Readers, Listeners And Viewers A VERY Happy Thanksgiving

Yes... We Will Be On A Holiday Schedule For The Rest Of Week

As the Aero-News staff observes the US holiday of Thanksgiving on Thursday, we wanted to let our readers know that ANN will still be on the job, reporting breaking news in the aviation and aerospace fields as it happens -- in Real Time -- just like always.

Aero-News will be publishing at a slightly reduced level on November 22nd and 23rd, as our staffers spend some time with their families... some of whom may not recognize them away from their computers. Basically, we're going to treat the four-day weekend as just that: a four-day weekend, meaning you'll still be able to find several new stories each day on our website.

Our Ace Aero-Caster, Glen Moyer, will get a little time away from his sound board, as well. Glen will run an Aero-News Aero-Cast Wednesday/Thursday -- to catch ANN listeners up on the latest news over the holiday.

By the way, we celebrated an amazing milestone last week... the first anniversary of our 'AIRBORNE' programming... which has already grown from once a week to bi-weekly and -- appears ready to grow yet again -- stay tuned.

For those of you that may have missed the very first inaugural episode (though, well over 12,000 of you did not!)... check it out by clicking here... or by watching the Hi-def, YouTube, iPad/iPhone-friendly version that can be accessed here. We've come a long way in the last year... but you have to admit, our first effort was pretty darned good... and has only gotten better in the last 12 months. Many thanks to all those who help us put it together -- with special emphasis on Glen Moyer (who does most of the scripting) and Airborne Host, Ashley Hale.

Aero-TV will present a few of our classic episodes over the rest of this week, while still shooting and editing furiously during non-Turkey-consumption periods. New programing resumes on Monday.

By Monday, November 26th, we'll all be back on the job full-time, ready to bring you all the latest news from the world of aviation -- but remember, as always, when big news breaks, ANN will do what they need to do (including having to wake up from a Turkey coma, if need be) to bring you ALL the details ASAP.

In the meantime... we wish all of our readers a very happy, and safe, Thanksgiving holiday. After all... it's all of you the staff at Aero-News have the best reason to give thanks for!

Jim, Tom, Glen, Nathan, Ashley, Birgit, Anjin and the rest of the ANN staff
