Cessna's Wichita Citation Service Center Adds PWC Engine Expertise

All CSCs Will Have Access To New Program

Starting next month, Cessna will offer Citation turbine engine hot section inspections for Pratt & Whitney Canada JT15D and PWC 500 series engines across its Citation Service Center network, through a unique arrangement with Dallas Airmotive.

"With this arrangement, our customers have yet another option when they bring their Citations to us. It will save them time and money by reducing turn-times," said Mark Paolucci, senior vice president, Customer Service. "It also gives Cessna dedicated engine specialists for more than 3,000 Citations including the Citation I/II series, Bravos, Ultras and the Excel/XLS series."

Beginning in April, Cessna will have a section of the Wichita Citation Service Center devoted to engine repair services with a full-time team of Dallas Airmotive specialists based at the center. All of the company owned or operated Citation Service Centers will have access to the new engine center in Wichita.

"We look forward to supporting Cessna and Citation operators by adding engine support value to the aircraft service experience at Wichita," said Hugh McElroy, President BBA Aviation Engine Repair & Overhaul Group which owns Dallas Airmotive, Inc.

In the past two years, Cessna has added mobile service units at several of its eight US service centers, inaugurating a dedicated Citation for AOG support and enhancing many of its other programs to provide improved customer support.
