EAA Members Become Eligible When They Take A Young Eagle Flying
The EAA has announced the third quarter winners of its ongoing Lightspeed Headset rewards program. Tom Bucci (EAA 718064) of Vacaville, CA and Chris Hope (EAA 266185) of Kansas City, MO are the third quarter drawing winners of Lightspeed Zulu headsets provided for eligible Young Eagles pilots by Lightspeed Aviation. Both Bucci and Hope were automatically entered by returning Young Eagles flight registration forms for flights completed in the third quarter 2014.
Bucci, who has flown 861 Young Eagles since 2003, was entered in the drawing by flying at least one Young Eagle during the quarter and submitting the Young Eagles registration form. Hope has a total of 570 Young Eagles flights since 1992 and was selected in our special second Lightspeed drawing for pilots who reach at least 10 flights for 2014.
To become eligible to win a headset, simply fly at least one Young Eagle during a quarter and submit the Young Eagles registration form (must be postmarked by the end of the quarter in which the flight occurs). Young Eagles pilots are encouraged to send in their Young Eagles registration forms as soon after the flight as possible.
There’s still time to be in the final drawing of 2014, simply fly at least one Young Eagle and send in the flight registration form in by December 31, 2014.
“Lightspeed Aviation is a valuable partner of the Young Eagles program and understands our mission,” said Brian O’Lena, manager of Young Eagles and Youth Pathways. “We’re extremely grateful for their continued support by providing these quality headsets to the Young Eagles program.”
