PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATION ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF CHIEF CHUCK HORNER, PORTSMOUTH POLICE DEPT ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 384500N/0825900W OR THE YORK /YRK/ VORTAC 003 DEGREE RADIALAT 6.3 NAUTICAL MILES. CHIEF CHUCK HORNER,PORTSMOUTH POLICE DEPT TELEPHONE 740-352-1879, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. INDIANAPOLIS /ZID/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 317-247-2242, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
