The Airplane Owner Planned To Take The Two Passengers On A Local Tour Flight
On August 15, about 1847 mountain daylight time, a Cessna 182H, N8477S, was destroyed when it was involved in an accident near Bountiful, Utah. The pilot and two passengers were fatally injured. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 personal flight. According to friends and family of the occupants, the airplane owner planned to take the two passengers on a local tour flight, in celebration of their one-year wedding anniversary.
