At the meeting Tuesday, both the Board of Directors and the Shareholders Meeting approved the appointment of Javier Arrigunaga Gómez del Campo as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

All Directors recognized extensively the successful performance and leadership of Mr. Tricio at the helm of the Company. "I am very pleased with the appointment of Javier Arrigunaga as Chairman of the Board. I am sure that he will be a great support to the next stage of growth of our company," Tricio said. "On behalf of the Board and all our team, I welcome Javier."

"I am very enthusiastic to continue the outstanding performance of Eduardo Tricio and am looking forward to working with our team of professionals at Aeromexico," Arrigunaga said.
