Air Lease Corporation Goes Public

Prices Announced For IPO Of Class A Common Stock

Air Lease Corporation announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 30,283,020 shares of its Class A Common Stock at a public offering price of $26.50 per share. All shares included in the initial public offering are being sold by the Company. The Company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 4,542,450 shares of Class A Common Stock on the same terms and conditions, to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company’s Class A Common Stock began trading April 19, 2011, on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “AL”.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., FBR Capital Markets & Co., RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, with Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and SG Americas Securities, LLC acting as co-managers.

A registration statement relating to this offering has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission. This offering is being made solely by means of a written prospectus. A copy of the final prospectus relating to the offering may be obtained, when available, by contacting J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, in Edgewood, NY, or Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC in New York City.
