NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen issued a statement Firday
regarding the FAA's publication in the Federal Register of a call
for comment in response to the Agency's plan to severely limit
participation in the Block Aircraft Registration Request (BARR)
program.
Aim Is To Provide "Seamless" Air Traffic Service Between
Europe, U.S.
The FAA and the European Union formally signed an agreement
Thursday to work together on research aimed at providing seamless
air traffic service to aircraft flying between the United States
and Europe.
New Aircraft, Enhancements For Full Product Line Unveiled

Eurocopter says it will unveil its newest helicopter, and launch
a comprehensive enhancement of the existing product line, at
Heli-Expo 2011 exposition in Orlando, Florida.
Company To Re-Certify Its Repair Station Certificate
Phoenix Heliparts, Inc. (Phoenix) has reached a settlement with
the FAA in the company's appeal of the August 2010 revocation of
its repair station certificate.
"The government's proposal ignores the legitimate need
for the BARR program, and runs directly counter to long-established
assumptions about government's role in the protection of privacy."
