AeroVelo, a Canadian team that is competing to win the $250,000 award said on its blog earlier this month that it has unofficially satisfied all of the requirements set out to win the prize. Space Florida Proposes To Operate Shuttle Landing Facility

NASA has selected Space Florida, the aerospace economic development agency for the state of Florida, for negotiations toward a partnership agreement to maintain and operate the historic Shuttle Landing Facility (SLF).
