Source: Joe Woodard, who lost his wife and her infant son when a Cessna 310 owned by NASCAR crashed into their home in Sanford, FL while attempting an emergency landing in July 2007. Woodard is now rebuilding his home... and has come under fire by his homeowners association, which has put him on notice for violations to the neighborhood code... including having the wrong shingles on the roof.
